Rio 2016: Lin Dan wins men's badminton quarter-final

Chinese badminton player Lin Dan beat India's Srikanth Kidambi 2-1 in the men's singles quarter-finals. Lin won the first set but lost the second by 10 points. In the deciding set, the two-time gold medalist beat Kidambi 21-18 to win the match. Lin Dan will face Datuk Lee Chong Wei from Malaysia in the semi-final.
