Hearing a plea filed by a film financier, the Madras High Court issued notice to the Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. The financier Mukund Botra sought judicial intervention and action against Kasthuri Raja, the father of the superstar’s son-in-law Dhanush. Botra contended that Kasthuri Raja had assured him in writing of repaying the amount he had borrowed from him, and had added that if he fails to repay then his son’s father-in-law Rajinikanth will repay the money.
