Road Hazards

This is one of many clips going into my production for youtube. Here is the full uneditted clip in which a pickup truck hauling a load of items unsecured in a open trailer loses his load and keeps on going. This could have easily ended up seriously injuring or killing someone as cars scrambled to get out of the way. DOT Regulations §393.106-136 clearly outline securing as the drivers responsibility, and 393.110 specifically addresses this incident. Leaving the scene as well as littering on the road, I hope they catch this moron.
