ROAM2011, two rude car drivers at once

These two drivers simply ignore the rules of the road AND the rules of decent conduct. Merril waves the second car past. Me being a Dutchman (used as I am to drivers that may not always be friendly, but at least stick to the law) was not thinking of letting him/her pass in such a way. The first car was even worse passing on our right through (for Pete's sake) a parking lot. Why do these people use the car as if it were a weapon?
