Robert Perkins on the cause of Black Community failure

Robert Perkins, black YouTuber wants blacks to know history. He says blacks are criminalized by the system and by "over-policing," and says the American government created ghettos with less opportunity. Why do blacks make excuses for their failure by blaming "racism" (which doesn't even exist)? It sabotages their ability to succeed and overcome their personal issues in life. Men are not men. He believes that all of the women accusing men of "sexual assault" and "harassment" can't be lying, and says white men have been committing sex crimes and getting away with it for a long time.
