Yes, this is the Japanese version of the game. The PAL counterpart is called Mega Man: The Wily Wars. I chose the former because it runs at 60fps, unlike the latter which runs at 50fps. That means the animations on the JPN release are more fluid, the music sounds smoother and there's also less lag. I hope you'll enjoy!
