How to change the Battery in under 5 Minutes Roland JP-8000 Things you need: 1 New Battery CR 2032 1 Tweezer / Little Pincers 1 Little Screwdriver 1 Electric Screwdriver Step 1: Save your User Preset Settings with a Midi Plugin or Program Step 2: Remove all cables from the unit Step 3: Remove all black Screws and remove the backside Step 4: Watch how easy it is to replace the old battery and got the new one in Step 5: Close it and do a factory reset, if you have the "memory damaged" error message How to do a Reset: wound suggest you to restore the JP Use the following procedure to reset the JP-8000 to factory settings: 1) Turn on the power of the JP-8000.
