Pluses:
Nice hotel right next to a mall called Moko. The mall has very good restaurants and shops so no need to worry what to eat.
Room was big, bath was beautiful. Soap and etc had a very nice scent. Complimentary water was a plus. Comfortable (a bit soft, which we like it that way) beds and pillows. Free safe box, big flat tv... And there was a free smart phone but we did not use at all.
The hotel has a very good gym and a nice pool also.
Helpful front desk was very quick at check in and check out, I can say that they were the quickest I have ever seen.
The hotel is close to Ladies Market and Nathan Street and literally stands on a mtr station so reaching any where is quite easy.
The pool was fantastic for being on the 8th floor. The hotel itself was very modern, clean and easy to access from the MOKO shopping mall. The MTR was on site as well as plenty of eateries. All the guys who work in the hotel were very friendly and able to help you in any way they could. The lifts in the hotel (6) were fast and there were no queues. The ladies market and the goldfish/pets market were only a couple of streets away. The transport on the train and the free K5 transfer bus to the hotel was the best way to get from the airport to the hotel and back.
Minuses:
When we chek out we payed with a credit card other than the one we booked, but they did not cancelled the limit from the previous card which put us in a very bad position since we were continuing our journey to Singapore. We were surprised to see both of two credit cards limit were used at the next hotel and we had pay in cash.
The location was not brilliant for the front of Kowloon however we knew this before we went but this was reflected in the price. This is probably the only fault I could find but this was nothing that the hotel could be faulted on. We wanted to pay this price for this grade of hotel so you need to expect to be further back from the front. A day ticket for the MTR is a must for tourists to reach different areas of Kowloon/Hong Kong.
