RPCS3 The Last of Us SPU LLVM Stability recent fixes i9 9900k

There are a few levels in TLoU that were unplayable with SPU LLVM, The Sewers one of these areas, same issue is existed in Uncharted 3 as well, Don't know when exacly this happened but now it's fixed.
