Nomad is Level 699, He hits up to 1 under your max hp level and hits through protection prayers. You fight him at the end of the Nomads Requiem Quest. This is a guide on how to kill the Nomad from Nomads Requiem with range, it shows set up, what to wear, what to bring and an overview of Nomad's attacks . This Quest is very challenging, I spent over 1M and died 12 times before finishing it, don't expect to finish it first time.
