The most outward end of my rear fender wags like a dog's tail. The issue with that is the corner lugs of my 4.5" Kenda Juggernaut Sport were catching the fender hardware and supports over every bump, jump, or drop. Many times this occurred it would make noise and simply pop back into shape, sometimes it would rip the supports out of the hardware, it seemed only a matter of time before the tire or fender would be shredded. I came up with a simple preventative solution. Initially I used ping pong balls with a little silicone to quiet the rattle, but they were brittle. I found genuine Wham-O Super Balls at the dollar store and have had great success.
