Ruby's Full Belly

After gorging herself on a 3rd bus, Ruby decides it's about time to kick back, relax, and let her stomach go to work. She gently coos and caresses her belly as she feels for the hundreds within the confines of her gut, squirming and wriggling about. Unfortunately for her the sensation doesn't last long as a sudden burst of gas spews forth from her maw indicating that her stomach had successfully done its job in churning her hefty meal into a nutritious soup. It's quickly distributed to her most important assets as well a leaving her belly a nice pudgy round to act as a reminder of those who contributed to her new, thicker figure.
