Basmanny court of Moscow released from jail all three Khachaturyan sisters accused of killing their father, in Moscow on Thursday.
The court decided that seventeen-year-old Maria Khachaturian, 18-year-old Angelina Khachaturian, and 19-year-old Kristina Khachaturyan will live in two rented and one municipal apartment in the Moscow region.
They are forbidden to leave their places of residence at night, to communicate with anyone other than the investigator and close relatives, to use the Internet, mobile communication, or to communicate with each other.
Their house arrest will last until December 28.
Yaroslav Pakulin, Maria Khachaturyan's lawyer claimed that, "There was no basis for the excepted measure of restraint which was decided two months ago!"
"Just now we were able to prove and submit documents that girls are not dangerous to society. And they may be out of isolation during the investigation," he added.
The period of detention, determined on August 2, 2018 by the Ostankino court of the capital expires on Friday, September 28.
The sisters stabbed their father Mikhail Khachaturyan to death on July 27 in a Moscow apartment.
