Safe falls from any distance in Minecraft

Simple setup that allows for quick deployment of Minecraft Guys. Not an issue with no damage on SMP right now, but still good for single player and less invincible future iterations of SMP. The water is held up by the blocks occupied by the ladders, so at best you can only have it sitting two blocks out, but a ring of this around a structure you're working on can save a lot of deaths.
