When I make stews with Chilau Sauce if I have a good amount of broth left I always freeze the remaining in gallon freezer bags. Since I’m currently on a diet I’m looking at creative ways to enjoy low carb, keto friendly food. The ingredients I had on hand were Salmon filets, spinach and of course plenty of Chilau sauce. However, this time around I had the great idea to add use the left over broth in the freezer to create a low carb spinach and salmon soup. It turned out wonderful and that broth was still amazing!
