Sam breaking into a house in Meadow Close. Finger prints left on two poles. Seen in the area just before and after the break in wearing the same clothes SAP alerted before and after the crime. Alarm sounding all of the time. Only runs of after 8 minutes when he hears the response vehicle approaching. Armed response officer, hands in pockets most of the time, walks right past long pole through window Five minutes elapse between AR officers arrival at the entrance and getting around the house to the scene of the actual break in where he misses the broken window and long pole through the window. Total time at scene for Sam 8 minutes. Resident has high res footage available.
