Samsung S7 - 4K HDR Comparison

Samsung S7 - 4K HDR ComparisonУ вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
A quick test of a 4K HDR workaround for the Samsung S7 / S7 Edge. This video compares footage shot using the stock Samsung camera app set to 4K, and “Snap Camera HDR” with a custom profile. Both cameras were set to record without any focus or exposure selections made, the level of exposure was automatically set by both cameras based on point-and-shoot. The HDR processing appears to make a huge difference to shadow detail and overall exposure. The 4K HDR was shot using HEVC at 50Mbps. No root required! I recently found the 4K 60Fps profile for “Snap Camera HDR” while hunting for S7 mods. While tweaking with the profile I found that with the camera set to “Program 2” (Program 1 is the original 4K 60fps mod), with Realtime HDR setting turned on in Photo, I was able to record HDR video at 3840x2160 @ 30Fps!!! I’ll include links to the original Snap Camera 4K 60fps mod, and my custom HDR profile – which also includes the 60fps mod. Just download and place the “snap_settings.bin” in the root of your internal storage, open Snap Camera and in the menu labelled “Other” select “Load Settings”. Once the camera refreshes use the scroll wheel to change to “Program 2”, and enjoy HDR 4K Video!
