SCAR Redux Inertia Change

MP7 inertia is vanilla, SCAR inertia is brand new. Just a quick thing to show I'm not dead or anything. Busy working on an indie survival title called Dead Matter, taking up most of my modding time. I am going to try and get this pushed out soon though, finally found some motivation to sort out this huge file. Oh, and this video is showing weapon inertia, i.e. the drag on weapons you see as you move your mouse around. The method of changing this I credit to Alexander T., I'll have his channel linked, never would have thought to try this otherwise. Thanks mate.
