15. Peg Roller Paper Indexing Welcome to the United Silicone SSM Synchronized Tax Stamping Machine technical guide. This guide is intended to help users of the machine to recognize and resolve technical issues that may arise during day to day operation. This guide is intended to serve as an overview and is not comprehensive in scope. Your input into the document is welcome and appreciated. call technical service with your questions and comments. Portions of this document are color coded. Green sections may be done by the machine operator. Yellow sections assume a maintenance worker who at least basic skills for permforming mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic testing and repair. Red sections should only be performed by personnel with specific skills related to the SSM. These sections are either very technically involved or pose particular danger to equipment or personnel if not performed properly. Warning: before removing or replacing any component on this machine, be certain to turn off electrical power at the main disconnect on the electrical panel. Also, secure the air supply at the air panel shut-off. Failure to do so may result in severe injury.
