Self-Harm Advice for Sufferers and Supporters

In this video, I offer some of my best advice for those who want to help a loved one who is self-harming and for those who are currently engaging in self-harming behaviour. (If you only want the advice which is for self-harmers, go to 25:56) (DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that each case of self-harm is different and may require a nuanced approach. I am not saying that this is the best advice in absolutely every case, but my aim is to give the most useful advice for you to select from according to the situation. I also want to stress that I am talking about ADULT self-harming behaviour.
