Sennheiser 421 Metal Guitar Shootout - 421 II vs Vintage 421 U4 vs Blackfire 521

This is a shootout between 3 variations of the Sennheiser 421 we have in the studio: Vintage 1970's 421 U4 Blackfire 521 Modern 421 II I've also thrown the SM57 in there as a reference because it's the most common guitar mic out there that everyone knows the sound of. All mic's were placed dead centre of a Celestion G12M Greenback in my Mesa Boogie Rectifier 4x12" There is only a 60hz/12kHz high and low pass on the guitars. No other processing.
