Sex and Relationships! Sexual wellness and healing

Divine Union and sacred sexuality is one of the most beautiful things of the world. The modern world has made us believe falsely that sex or sexuality or the human body is somehow bad wrong or dirty but this is so far from the truth you can't imagine! Sex and intimacy are two different things. We can have sex from a lower vibration where there is more dishonesty, manipulation, selfishness and not as much care or we can have sex and sacred connection from a vibration of love, intimacy, trust, connection and heart centernedness. The human body is meant to be a sexual being as well as male or female as well as a body with many different parts. There is everything beautiful and right about our bodies. Our bodies are Divine avatars or instruments of our spirit, our formless consciousness. Life and sex are meant to be enjoyed to the fullest with love care consideration thoughtfulness and respect for all as well as ourselves and an appreciation and respect for our bodies and other people's bodies also. In my opinion sex is also special and not to be shared with just anybody for any reason it is something to choose selectively and carefully to share with a special person or at least someone who you feel connected to, safe with, and who you trust. My suggestion to you is to let go of any Hang-Ups or false beliefs based from past trauma or programming from cultures in your life experiences so that you can have the happiest, freest and the most fulfilling and exciting life and sexual relationship with yourself and others where you are free to say yes or no as you choose without any shame criticism or judgments from other people. That said, do love yourself by choosing what nurtures you and brings you happiness and fulfillment. Be sensible and wise and make sure you look after yourself in all areas of your life including your physical body and your sexuality. There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of of your body parts and we all come in different shapes and sizes and different sensitivities. Do not expect others to be the same as you or you to be the same as others. Let go of unrealistic expectations or demands of yourself and others in life and when it comes to sexuality also. Sexuality is like anything else, it takes practice and time to get to know yourself and to learn and to grow and to develop in this certain area of your life so be gentle, patient, and kind to yourself and others. Love your body and appreciate your body and other people's bodies also.
