Апостол Павел говорит в Послании к Галатам 6:7-10 7. Не обманывайтесь: Бог поругаем не бывает. Что посеет человек, то и пожнет: 8. сеющий в плоть свою от плоти пожнет тление, а сеющий в дух от духа пожнет жизнь вечную. 9. Делая добро, да не унываем, ибо в свое время пожнем, если не ослабеем. 10. Итак, доколе есть время, будем делать добро всем, а наипаче своим по вере. Бог призывает нас сеять в Царство Божье и быть жертвенными по отношению к нему и друг к другу. Же́ртвенность – христианская добродетель, заключающаяся в самоотречении ради исполнения заповедей любви к Богу и ближнему. / The Apostle Paul speaks in Galatians 6: 7-10 7. Do not be deceived: God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. 8. He that sows to his flesh from the flesh will reap corruption, but he that sows to the Spirit from the Spirit shall reap eternal life. 9. Do good, let us not lose heart, for in due time we shall reap, if we do not faint. 10. Therefore, as long as there is time, let us do good to all, and especially to those who are of our own faith. God calls us to sow in the kingdom of God and be sacrificial to him and to each other. Sacrifice is a Christian virtue, consisting in self-denial for the fulfillment of the commandments of love for God and neighbor.
