Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Peruvian Jungle Document Glitch (100% Completion Bug)

So, this is my version of the 99/100% completion bug/glitch that I thought was supposed to be fixed about a week ago. Is there ANY way to do this, aside from waiting for the next bugfix or starting all over again? UPDATE (11/2/2018): After reinstalling the game and reloading the checkpoint a couple of times, suddenly the pillar was, where it was supposed to be, and Lara could finally grab the document and complete the Peruvian Jungle to 100%.
