Negated shadow price: How much would the obj. func. value would change if I were the DECREASE the RHS by one unit. Answer: We multiply the shadow price by (-1). If my original shadow price was 200. My objective function value would change by -200! If my original shadow price was -200, we take the negative of that(-1*(-200)=200). My objective function value would change by 200 units. (Increase by 200)
