Shashi Kapoor & Marilia Cervi - Forrózin Festival '19 - Body Expression/Musicality

I never could have imagined co-teaching a festival workshop with one of my heroes of dance - Marilia Cervi Forró. Thank you so much to both Marilia and Forrozin Freiburg for this amazing and unique opportunity! Marilia originally taught me a lot of the material that I wanted to share in this workshop. The things I value in dance are connection, embrace, musicality and emotion and even if our styles are different, those things can create a magical dance despite that! There are no flashy movements, just small ones to create sensation together with the music.
