Sheriff David Clarke: 'Blue lives matter in America!'

Sheriff David Clarke, sheriff of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin spoke about public safety on Monday at the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland. "Safety is a shared endeavor," Clarke said. "It starts with a willing acceptance of people to play by society's rules." He described many of the actions of the Occupy movement and the Black Lives Matter movement as "anarchy."
