Singleness Blues by Naida Lynn

In honor of yet another Valentine without a Beau, I've written this satirical tune to make light of the impatient stage many of us single folks go through! "Singleness Blues" is about a girl praying an urgent prayer to God to hurry up and send 'Mr. Right'. She's done everything--from waiting to be pursued to writing up a list of what she wants. But still God seems to be delaying. Journey along with this dreamer as she hopes, seeks and keeps on waiting for her man! DISCLAIMER: This was super fun to pen and is meant to make people laugh. It is by no means my perspective on singleness as I've come to know the value and beauty that the singleness season holds. Rather, it is a song that lets you see how silly impatience is and indirectly encourages you to wait for The Lord to bring the right mate to you in his perfect timing. Love y'all and hope you enjoy!
