Six Moons Design Wild Oasis

I have carried and slept in many tents/shelters in my time but this one is awesome! I lay directly on a bug covered terrain with a floor-less tarp shelter and woke without a single bite or even one bug getting in. I carried the shelter and shown gear, along wing two liters of water the entire next day, covering about 8 miles of ups and downs and felt great. The entire set up, minus water was under 8 pounds, including food, snacks and fuel. The is a great alternative to the tent, even my Terra nova elite, does not compare. I have the Gate wood cape by the same company, sixmoonsdesign and together with the inner bug net tent, it too is a great shelter but this one is my preference over them all. I plan to use it in rain, wind, heat, hail, even snow at least once. Next time, I shall go even lighter. I shall try for under 5 pounds.
