SNP Subset HEDIS Measures(2.22)

CMS requires SNPs with 30 or more members as of 1/01/10 to report data on a subset of HEDIS measures for each SNP benefit package. This training session focused on the reporting guidelines and technical specifications for the subset of HEDIS measures required for SNPs. Organizations are encouraged to review the applicable measure in HEDIS 2011, Volume 2 -- Technical Specifications prior to the training session. HEDIS volumes can be purchased online at NCQA's Web site (www.ncqa.org).
