People first! Mission Always! We must stay alive. Protect and care for the people of Laos. We are good guardians and protectors of Laos. We shall help each other and be industrious in our profession; neighbors caring for neighbors and women fighting beside men. We the people of Laos will support and defend our people to the very end. It is our duty to join the fight no matter where we are. It is our honor to risk it all for liberty, freedom, and peace. One nation! One unified Laos!
We must focus on a single goal -- that is to bring down the corrupt illegal government in Laos. Let us experience true freedom and democracy in Laos. No lips service. We start by taking down the corrupt government support structures. We start with ourselves. Our refusal to pay taxes, to participate, to give away land, to feed them, to recognize them, to buy their goods, and to trust them, will shake their foundation to the core. We the people stop to support them, because they are not the government party for the people. They were not elected into office. They have no legitimate power in office. We ignore them because they have threaten, imprisoned, beaten, and killed many of us. They have no rule of laws and are not a body of government established to represent the people. There will never be peace in Laos, until we change this evil government establishment.
At this point, we the people have the power to bring the corrupt government down and restart a new government that is more fitting with the time. It's up to us to decide to do nothing or use our rights to establish our own body of laws and living conditions of our country. There's no other way.
Every Lao person has a destiny to fulfill. That destiny is to free our people and to live in peace in our land. Imagine what 1,000,000 determined and energetic Lao people could do. We can make the change. Nothing could stop a very united people trying to change and control our destiny. We are the people of the land. We are the natives. We are the owners of the land. This is our land. No one has the right to it without our permissions. They cannot fight us all, for we are the people. There will be no end if we don't do it ourselves.
We could visit the homes of the corrupt officials when they are at work. We will send a message to their family not to fight against us. If they choose to fight, it will be at their own risk. They will suffer as a result. We must clearly declare that we are fighting for all Lao people not just for any one person. This is our battle; our battle for freedom and peace.
They will send more spies may be their very best to find us. They will search and may find 2 percent of us. So be prepared. When we know about these spies do not hesitate to execute. Make them pay. We must give them no information, we must protect each other. Without information they can only beat us. They cannot lock us up forever. They cannot kill because they have no information. We must practice self control to the highest level. We must stay focus to our mission. We will have our turn with the people that have beaten and torture us. We will find where they live and track them down one day.
Let them come for us for we will know who they are. We will send them back in body bags. We will injure them. We will send them back with missing arms and legs. We will run, hide, and set up ambush. We will fight dirty. We know the terrain, the lay of the land. We can deploy quickly and escape quickly and regroup just as fast. If they don't know who we are and blindly come after us, we will make them pay with blood. They need to find us first. We will pick our battles and attack at our own terms. We attack when they are not expecting us. We must not react to fear tactics and torture. We must exercise self control at the highest level. We must be brave for country, honor, and each other.
They have divided us for 40 years. We have been weak as a result. We no longer have the technicality and knowledge to fight against them. We got too comfortable and stop searching for answers to our problems. We sat and waited for a savior that never came. This was their strategy all along. As a result they have raped our land, killed innocent people, and fed their bottomless stomach. Now that we know, it's up to us to decide what to do. Make them suffer; make them pay for what they have done. We don't mind the good Vietnamese living in Laos; we fight only against the corrupt. We will learn to live in peace with our neighbors. Our focus is not to kill Vietnamese people but to bring down the corrupt Lao government and control the destiny of our country. For this we will risk everything.
