The Sodium Capsule dis-integrated within completely. An orange glow was observed, it could have been the remaining Sodium or Neon gas discharge on the remaining Capacitor stored energy. An 11 kV backfeed transformator is used with a 200 Watt globe as current limiting ballast, and a single string of 14 x 1N5408 (3Amps) diodes to rectify half wave. A full wave bridge set up will be made for future experiments. ( got 286 spare diodes ) Caution !! High Voltage experiment. Appropriate Isolation Procedures are in place.
