"A snake handling pastor in Kentucky is praying a rattler bite doesn't take him the same way it took his dad. "Cody Coots, son of the late Jamie Coots, is slowly recovering after he was bitten by a 6-foot-long rattlesnake early Monday. He has officially refused any sort of medical treatment. "'I told the Lord that I wouldn't go to the hospital,' Coots told the Lexington-Herald Leader. "Coots has been bitten at least five other times by cottonmouth snakes.
