Sonar Lesson 1 - How to Sync with your audio file

This is my first attempt to create a tutorial on how to create midi music in Sonar 4. In this lesson, I demonstrate how to sync an audio file with Sonar's built-in metronome. I intend to make a voice over but I'm not that confident yet. This should improve in the future since I'm experiencing lags while working in Sonar and capturing the screen and audio at the same time. I may need some technical advice on that area. Please comment. Thanks.
