He holds a masters degree from Manhattan School of Music and has lived and worked in NYC and LA for over 20 years. He's performed and recorded with Arturo Sandoval, Peter Erskine, Poncho Sanchez, and Kenny Werner to name a few. He's released numerous recordings and played in top venues such as The Apollo Theater in NYC, Blue Whale in LA and many others abroad. He is sponsored by Majestic Percussion (vibes) and Innovative Percussion (mallets), and is on the faculty at Cal State Northridge and Long Beach; some have gone so far as to say he is the Mayor of the LA jazz community. Eric Sittner - Bass Eric hails from Chicago and attended DePaul University. While in Chicago, Eric enjoyed a reputation as a top call bass player. In 2006 he moved west, relocating in LA. Immediately upon his arrival, his warm tone, spot on intonation, and spirited improvisations sat him front and center in the LA creative music scene. He has played, toured, and recorded with some of the greatest Jazz, Orchestral, and Pop/Rock musicians the industry has to offer. John Tegmeyer - Clarinet Brought up in both the classical and jazz traditions, John Tegmeyer can be found playing clarinet in a multitude of settings. He has performed and recorded with the likes of The Temptations, Prince, Alan Vizzutti, Jim Walker, Eddie Daniels, Justo Almario, Peter Erskine, Katisse Buckingham, and Nick Mancini. John released his debut album "Can't Never Go Back Home Again" in 2010. John Storie - Guitar John Storie is a Los Angeles-based guitarist and educator. Co-founder of the New West Guitar Group, John also performs with Jeff Goldblum, Spencer Day, and “Too Marvelous for Words: The Music of Nat King Cole”. In 2005 John was a finalist in the 2005 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition, and currently he’s working on several solo projects. Sonja Midtune is a young singer songwriter from Minnesota located in Los Angeles. She got her B.A. in Music Theory and Composition at St. Olaf College in MN. Sonja's music has been compared to Joni Mitchell, Taylor Swift, John Mayer, and Carol King. She is known for her poignant lyrics and storytelling, with a back to basics style, nodding to the modern pop song style but incorporating her composition skills. She has played all over Los Angeles, and has a monthly show at Bar Lubitsch in Hollywood. Sonja's live album recorded at Universal Mastering Studios was released April 26th, 2016
