Sony Vegas: How to Overlay One video on another(plus a question)

This is a question that i got from some people after my scp containment breach playthrough. so I answer with this video. Pretty simple once you get it down. I am using sony vegas pro 11 if that helps, but it works with other's I also ask to MY SUBSCRIBERS: should I do more facecam videos?
