SPEED DRAW! Grumman OV-1D Mohawk

I would like to apologise for my abscence. The holiday rush got me focusing on just getting orders out by deadline but, that is no excuse. Got a request for this one to be featured as a speed draw so i was happy to oblige. The OV-1 was born of a 1956 requirement, Army Type Specification TS145, for an observation aircraft that would outperform the Cessna L-19, and it did just that. It was retired from US service in 1996 and Argentine service in 2015. There has been work to modernise the platform to reissue. I'm sure we would all love that!
