Mew has a 100% base capture rate; you will throw a Pokeball at it 3 times (out of unlimited PokeBalls provided to you), and you will catch it on the 3rd ball every time. Edited: Apparently the best moveset for Mew is "shadow claw" & "dragon claw". Also I was wrong, Poke AK got his Mew 3 hours before I did, so Poke AK did infact beat me.
