Spending money // in anorexia recovery

Sometimes I find money can be similar to food in EDs, in that I don't want to "waste" it, or "spend" too much on myself. It's something that's gotten loads better in recovery, I think partly with weight gain and partly through making myself spend money on things that I'd call "un-necessary", like a coffee or a blow dry.
