Visual meditation from my travels in Italy (October 2009) for the World Congress of Benedictine Oblates including travels to the Vatican City, Rome, Subiaco (cave where Benedict spent years praying before his founding of communities), Monte Cassino (one of the monasteries Benedict founded), and Sant'Anselmo (the primatial Benedictine Abbey where monks go to study).
