I love standing ab workouts! You can do them anywhere, you do not and will not feel a strain in your neck, and they work! Do them in your dorm room, bedroom or in your office!
While doing this exercise make sure to exhale as you draw your stomach in and really tuck and squeeze your butt as you draw your rib cage down. Pretend you are doing a crunch on the ground, but instead your are standing!
