Star Wars Battlefront II Mods (PC) HD: Sol Map Pack - Earth: Luna | Galactic Civil War

WATCH IN HD! So this is the Sol Map Pack by Marth8880, AQT and THEWULFMAN which brings us a whole collection of new maps based in our own galaxy. Now three of these maps, Luna, Earth: Pioneer Trails and Venus have all previously been released as standalone maps but in this new release they have been remastered with all new sides and SFX. This map takes place on our moon, Luna. This time I'm on the Galactic Civil War mode for this map which features a completely revamped Rebel Alliance side much different to the side in the original map release, they now all feature sleek black pressure-sealed armour especially designed to fight on the Moon's low oxygen atmosphere (even the Wookiee Warrior!). The Empire's sides have also been completely revamped, in the original release they were left pretty much as stock but this time they have been replaced with a legion of EVO Troopers as well as a new Imperial Officer in grey stormtrooper armour and a badass Jumptrooper unit. This map itself is brilliantly executed from the intricate detail to the command posts being based on different points on the Moon's surface, an Apollo Moon Lander and even the gravity level being toned down making jumping extremely good fun and giving some interesting physics when it comes to using grenades. There are also lots of pilotable vehicles available to traverse the large battlefield including AT-STs, AT-ATs, Rebel Tanks and AT-TEs. That's not all though, the map also features a new hero unit with Luke Skywalker in his pilot gear complete with oxygen mask to fit in with this scenario for the Alliance and Darth Vader leading the Empire. All in all, this is a great map-pack which adds lots of interesting new content and gives us some very unique and fun battles. Check it out now! Enjoy and leave a like or sub, cheers!
