Starcraft 2 HOTS Kerrigan Achiements (BUG or no bug)

A simple explaination of Kerrigan Achievements in HOTS campaign. Many people have been complaining about these achievements being bugged. I have played and found the following errors: "Get a Grip", "Leaping Death", "smoking corpses" should be done **IN A SINGLE MISSION** The amount does not stack. Either blizzard has made a mistake of not including these text, or they forgot to change the data that it should stack with other missions. No Luck only Skills. Have Fun.
