Strange Sounds coming from the sky

There was an odd high pitch frequency coming out of the sky there were others who heard this as well and I just got a report the same sound was heard in Ohio as well. You will hear the frequency like a radio signal. I tried to record this in a broadcast but oddly enough the high pitch will not re-record .
