Street Kids of Phnom Penh with a Camera 2016

The creator of this channel would like you to know that food was given out(and sometimes candy) to these children. For various reasons, too many to list, it is not advised to hand out money to people on the streets in Cambodia. Although this video is cringe worthy(due to hand signs, empty beer cans, adults drinking), I was trying to make the best of the situation and these kids seemed to love using the camera and seeing their faces on the screen, probably the first time for them.
