Summertime saga release date of version 0.17 || what's the matter behind it ||

Hey guy's welcome on spexe 1 pro . The reason of making this video to inform you guy's something about summer time saga . On my last video was about the release date of  summer time saga 0.17 version. On that video i told you guy's that they will release this version on this month but the painful thing is they can't make it. But they are almost done about 71% of their hole work. They completed their Art 97%,posing 64% and code 44%. But i don't understand why they are doing this slowly.
