I use a similar team like this only difference is I used Bastet instead of Megan. The only one who has vio runes here is my Shaina (Fire Chakram Dancer) she's one vio blade with spd crit dmg and attack. Lyn is on spd crit dmg and hp, Verd is on swift blade with spd crit rate and hp, megan on swift energy with spd hp hp, and my Sabrina (Water Boomerang Warrior) on swift blade with spd crit dmg and attack. Also megan should have at Least 50% accuracy to debuff the dragon when he gets his immunity. You can also give megan accuracy slot in slot 6.
