I Friends! I just wanted to share this quick smoothie with you! Most of you know I am pursuing a lower carb lifestyle and I sometimes struggle to keep my options interesting. This green smoothie is fairly low carb, in the big scheme of things. No sugars added and one Apple. This smoothie will keep for 3-4 servings. Please enjoy the vid, thumbs up and subscribe! Blessings!
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach and kale
1 medium Apple
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon cilantro paste or 1/2 bunch of fresh
1 dropper of stevia
1 serving protien powder of choice
1 serving super green powder ( optional)
This is very filling!
