http://www.BourgeoisPhotography.com has photos. The hospital's website http://stjmh.co.ke This video is VERY GRAPHIC!!! Dr. Daniel Agullo discusses the surgery of a 26 year old patient who had a small cut on his right leg which turned into major necrosis. As a result he lost 80% of his leg. The surgery was performed at St. Joseph's Mission Hospital in Migori. Dr. Agullo hopes that by sharing some of the issues that the people of Kenya face, they will be able to reach some goals for their healthcare, most notably a new nursing school on the premises, by where when nurses are finished with the school they will then transition to work for the hospital. There is a sever shortage of nurses there. Another worker, an anesthetist, feels that the hospital needs a new oxygen unit with tanks so that she can help save lives there. The hospital has so many needs. One of the main needs is for skilled workers to assist them. Volunteering in Kenya was one of the most amazing things I have ever volunteered for and if I can help them to achieve their goals, I will do so. My answer, from my spot in America, this video. I am planning to send a monetary donation to assist with the building of whatever they need with the funds raised from this video. Please pass this along, and in fact, lets make it go viral and get them a new wing at the hospital! Help me to make this one of the most important and life changing viral videos youtube has ever seen! Thanks!
