Surprise BREAKOUT! Skincare Routine

Surprise BREAKOUT! Skincare RoutineУ вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
I get hormonal breakouts every month, but this particular breakout was a lot more aggressive and nothing seemed to help. January was a whirlwind and I think it took a toll on my skin, which is very reactive to what's going on in my life and what I'm eating. This is what I've been doing until it normalizes, it's a little more intense than usual, but it was consistently bad for an entire month and I wanted to get the bacteria and inflammation under control. The pigmentation is still very much there, but the angry painful red guys are gone! Remember that with skincare, what works for me may not work for you. Hope you enjoy this video! PRODUCTS MENTIONED Medique AHA/BHA Cleanser: http://www.mediqueskincare.com/produc... Emma Hardy Moringa Cleansing Balm: http://www.feelunique.com/p/Emma-Hard... Michael Todd Soniclear Cleansing Tool: http://mtto.tv/AV DIRECTIONS 1. I use a dime-sized amount of the Medique cleanser (a little goes a long way) and massage it into my skin for 45 seconds, which doesn't seem like a long time but really feels like it when you're washing your face. 2. Then I take a little scoop of the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm and rub it into my skin to moisturize and help remove any remaining makeup. 3. I use the Michael Todd Soniclear to remove dead skin flakes, be careful with this tool, it is very effective but also pretty harsh. I like that it has anti-microbial bristles so I don't have to worry about bacteria buildup as much. 4. Remember that what works for me may not work for you. Read up on different products for your skin type and see a dermatologist (maybe a few dermatologists, because I've been let down many a time). Also, see a doctor and get a blood test to see if you may have a hormonal imbalance which could be an underlying cause. CLOTHES The top I'm wearing is from Reformation, it's my favourite store. They make plain and perfectly shaped clothing for many body-shapes with recycled materials. I went ham on boxing day and picked up a ton of stuff. https://www.thereformation.com/ Subscribe Here! http://bit.ly/SubscribeToCloudyApples Instagram: http://instagram.com/gloomykassie Twitter: http://twitter.com/gloomykassie YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/gloomgames Endcard Music by https://alicekmusic.bandcamp.com https://soundcloud.com/alicekmusic https://facebook.com/heyalicekay This video is not sponsored. The soniclear link is Melanie Murphy's affiliate link, I figured since she had one and I used it because of her, I would leave it here.
